As a result of my research activity, I have published a total of 9 scientific articles in internationally recognized journals. Of these 9 contributions, 5 are included in the first and second quartile of the Journal Citation Report and are published in journals such as Small Business Economics, Annals of Regional Sciences, Papers in Regional Science, Scientometrics, or Minerva. Additionally, two of these contributions are included in the first decile of the Scopus database.
Regarding the remaining contributions, 3 of the works are included in the third and fourth quartile of the Journal Citation Report, published in journals such as European Planning Studies, Applied Economics Letters, or the Revista de Economía Mundial. I also have a paper published in the Revista de Estudios Regionales, which was indexed in the third quartile of Scopus at the time of publication.
In the last 10 years, I have participated as a researcher in 4 competitive research projects, of which 3 are research projects funded by the Junta de Andalucía and 1 is a project from the Call for Aid for the Development of Research Projects by the University of Cádiz in the Young Researcher category, under the Program for the Promotion and Impulse of Research and Knowledge Transfer at the University of Cádiz. In the field of knowledge transfer, I have participated in 3 OTRI contracts with the port authorities of the Bay of Cádiz and Ceuta to conduct economic impact studies, with total funding exceeding €100,000.
